Never one to timidly dip her toe into a new adventure, Sara decided in 2016 to embark on her dream job in real estate. After immersing herself in all things housing and design, she was quickly crushing goals and rose to the top as an industry leader. In just her first year, she helped 25 families achieve their dreams of living in their ideal home.

Sara’s dedication to integrity, open communication, and sense of enthusiasm can’t help but spill over into the values of Capecchi and Company. Her heart soars every time she has the privilege of delivering good news to her clients. Our fun and fearless leader has helped hundreds of clients upsize, downsize, buy for the first time, sell for the last time, and everything in between this year.

As a leader in the real estate community in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin, Sara loves implementing innovative strategies in her approach to real estate challenges. She’s been featured in Hudson Neighbors local magazine, the national TV show The American Dream, and listed a home that went viral…reaching everywhere from the far corners of the internet to local newscasts around the country.

While she eternally appreciates her real estate team, Sara’s real joy is in her other team…her home team. Sara has lived in Hudson, WI since 2005 with her supportive husband, Dave. Together they have two young boys, Finn and Olen, who keep them busy and make them proud.
